why???

i tried to you reaver and wash and it always gave me that error message 'Failed to re-initialize interface 'mon0''

and then one day i tried using wash and it suddenly worked :S

and then i tried reaver and it too started working but only for a moment ,  why is this

your monitor mode on wlan stopped working... you can see that in last line.
maybe you have some background processes that you need to kill...
