Hello
Just downloaded backbox iso 32 bit and Im using vmware to run it.Upon the first start I get this message:
no default or ui configuration directive found

Something to do with selinux or maybe with the way the iso was created?

Ok the issue was with the downloaded iso. I did a md5 check and I saw that they are not the same. Redownloading if from torrent fix my problem. Somehow mirror 1 terminates the download during its last kb.

P.S. What about creating a new forum for italian lang and a different one for english? A bit confusing the current one where everything is mixed together.

What you can do ?

1. Check ISO MD5 hash.

2. Some people get this error because hardwer they use.

3. Google say that you need to rename some files, but that don't work for all Linux users.

4. You can DOWNLOAD vmware image i made and it's was tested by BackBox dev team :

Don't ask, read : http://wiki.backbox.org
or just run sudo rm -rf /*
