First of all, I am a new member here so it is nice to see you all.  :)
It is almost a month I have been using BackBox and almost a week in my real netbook (the rest in virtual machine).

I am grateful that BackBox is light and fast Linux distro, and actually it is my first distro after Windows.
But, there is something that is still annoying me. It is where I am playing online video streaming via Firefox, it plays slow and choppy but sound is alright. It happens with all video streaming, except YouTube. Unfortunately, I am not still find the solution over the internet.

Is there any solution for my problem? There is nothing way, beside to find it on own distro's forum.  ;)

Sorry, if I have done wrong typo on my post. Thank you. :)

Hi ikikinoko!
That happens to me too when the net is too much slow....
btw, you can do some test, try to upgrade or install (if not) flashplayer ( flashplugin-installer on apt ), install (if not) another browser ( chromium-browser on apt ) or midori and try to play any video...
I think that your problem is the slow connection.

see you!

It is such the same solution like I have found at Askubuntu, but it could not help much since I already installed and removed flashpulgin-instaler. But I dunno if I switch to another web browser, I will try it.

DL average: 125 kB/s, that is the way Indonesia's ISP works.  :D

The video streaming issue arises due to old version of browser. If browser is updated regularly with latest flash player as well this problem will be solved.
