[SOLVED] Problem using setoolkit

Hi,
Im a bit new to setoolkit, though i've learnt working with some other tools but yet new to setoolkit.
so i was just doing some paractice and performing the credential harvesting attack on my other system in the same LAN
but it didn't work, after putting the URL the toolkit went back to its starting menu and not like waiting for the user name and password
and the thing is when i tried to update set configuration it said"update failed? Timestamp on config file is 2014-12-26 12:52:21 415040"
I dont know whats the deal, also mass mailer is also not working i know it needs to be reconfigured but i dont know how.
please help.

sometime happen! SET is a little unstable. If you search with bigG you'll find that... It's not your fault!

Then how to debug it, i mean how do i update the configuration and would updating the configuration aid in using credential harvestor or mass mailor (in mass mailor when i sent the email SET showed email is sent but it didn't, i couldn't find mail in the inbox) and or other attacks and if it wont then please tell me what should i do to make them work.
Also it seems the directories and files are also in other places as i tried to configure in terminal with "config/set_config" but it didn't work.

Does this project looks like "teach me server and Linux administration"? Do you know how to set valid email box with DNS,DKIM settings and tld domain names? Do you know that mass mailing is illegal? Do i need to say more?

If you want to clear you up and learn something useful, maybe you need to start to ask right questions. Now, because I'm nice dude i will give you some directions.

1. First project for you will be to learn how to set email server for local network, not Internet users. When you do that you will get some answers on your question, but not all. Then you will learn about SMTP and POP or IMAP services or how mail goes out or comes in your mail box.

2. You need to learn how to use command find. This command will save a lot of your time searching for config files, like find / -name setoolkit

3. You need to learn, if not to code, to understand code you want/need to edit.

And here we go, you can play with mass mail in local with setoolkit. Most of devs stopped working of mass mailers for pen testers because of people who want to abuse. My final message is "DON'T BE ONE OF THEM", do something good.

i can clone the page,start apache server, even the cloned page loads in victim computer but no credentials are captured.....i need help i am new to backbox and sorry if iposted in wrong place
