Hello - my 32 bit BackBox 4.5 is based on Ubuntu 14.04 LTS  [uname -v] Are there plans to upgrade to Ubuntu 16.04 LTS ?

That will be BackBox 5, work in progress ;).

Don't ask, read : http://wiki.backbox.org
or just run sudo rm -rf /*
