[SOLVED] Backbox 4.5 Broadcom wireless fix

Hi all.This is my first post here.

After today's upgrade from Backbox 4.4 to 4.5 with the new kernel,my BCM43227 wireless card stopped working.
I've made some reasearch and found this :

The Broadcom wireless driver from stable Ubuntu repositories does not support kernel 4.1 yet.

The way i have managed to fix this was to install patched package from PPA :

sudo apt-get remove bcmwl-kernel-source
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:longsleep/bcmwl
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install bcmwl-kernel-source


I hope this helps someone with the same problem.
