Problem on boot

At first, excuse me for my english... I don't know it very fine. :-\

Well... I have installed Backbox 4.1 amd64 on my Acer Aspire EA1-512-C2MY... The installation was done correctly, but when I wanted to boot, there was a black screen with an icon of a hard disk with a magnifying glass and writed below : "No Bootable Device". It was impossible to boot from hard disk... only in live session! :'(

So i started boot-repair on my live session.... at startup it asks me if there is a RAID, as I do not know what RAID is, i close the window without choosing "yes" or "no." and i made "Recommended Repair"... Now i can boot Backbox from hard disk, but when i boot my computer i have this message:

Then select 'Boot Manager' to choose a new Boot Device or Boot recovery Menu.'
__                                                        OK

Then i come to the Boot Manager with:

1. Unknown Device (ST500LT012-1DG142)
2. Windows Boot Manager (ST500LT012-1DG142)

And when i choose 1. it boot normaly.

In the bios, the boot is in UEFI and Secure Boot is disabled...

Boot on live, format your disk and install BBox.

Try to disable UEFI.

To create my liveUSB i used USB Creator wich is by defautl on Linux Mint 17.1 XFCE 64bits but it didn't work, i also tried UNetbootin but it was the same result... They didn't work in both boot mode (LEGACY and UEFI)... Then i tried to create my USB with MultiSystem and it worked... but only in UEFI mode with SecureBoot disabled.

Sorry to see that you didn't find solution for you issue. The true is that we can't do the job for you because we don't use same hardware and software as you.
