Nessus initializing

Hello, I installed Nessus and everything is installed properly.

On Firefox I write https://localhost:8834/ in the address bar.
Nessus will load the page https://localhost:8834/loading.

From that moment, I wait. The progress bar advances and when it reaches the end it starts again.

Have you an idea of the problem?

is the BB on VM?
if yes check the logs for OpenVAS and it will tell you what exactly is the issue....the first thing comes to my mind is that the memory is not enough, though check the logs first.
