Looking for Armitage using it for demo purposes at my firm. I don't wanna make the switch to kali, so where is it?

Hi,

To be honest I tested armitage and right now it's kind of mess. Armitage was not update from 2015 and generating postgresql database for msf and armitage procedure changed [roor and non root method's, i need time to get my head around], kind of patching is needed to make armitage work 'again'. I write 2 patches for it [rhost is now rhosts and some ruby issue] but new issue pop up ..., I didn't have time to check source of it. I will try to find 100% working solution and send pull request to armitage devs, but not sure how much time that will take and if they are going to merge.

If you want to try manual install and share info with us, it will be nice, maybe that will save our time to push back armitage to our repository. Here you can grub info https://www.darkoperator.com/installing-metasploit-in-ubunt/, but if you are not advanced linux user don't use it, half of that stuff and commands are not to be used with BBox, like install of metaspoit, ruby etc., just ignore them if not you will destroy your BBox installation.

Thanks for your reply and explanation. I didn't really use it for pen testing purposes but like I said before more for educational purposes.
Thanks to the GUI it was perfect for basic demonstrations and Cyber Security lessons for people who haven't got a clue what's going on.
If it comes back it comes back, if not then not.  ;D
