airmon problem

i use this command  sudo airmon-ng start wlan0 
but nothing use to appear except this out put so plz any help her & by the way am using Backbox in VMware & my internet is connected on that VMware.

Found 5 processes that could cause trouble.
If airodump-ng, aireplay-ng or airtun-ng stops working after
a short period of time, you may want to kill (some of) them!
