Aggiornare TOR

Salve a tutti!
Su BackBox è preinstallato TOR ma ho notato che, a differenza degli altri tools regolarmente aggiornati, viene trascurato.
Quando lo avvio mi avvisa che vi è una nuova versione e che non è consigliabile continuare ad utilizzare la mia.
Gia in passato mi è capitato che il mancato aggiornamento di un tools non fosse attribuibile ai repository di BakcBox ma ad unerrore dle mio sistema.
Vi chiedo quindi: è effettivamente mancante la distribuzione dell'aggiornamento o è un problema del mio sistema?

P.S. Naturalmente ho provato: apt-get update && apt-get dist-upgrade

If i understand what you are saying ...you want to update TOR ? In this time that is not good idea, as system is set to use TOR you will need to wait for BBox update. I made test with manual update, but i can say you that there were some problems i didn't try to fix.

If you want to encrypt your connection, look around how to encrypt connection with ssh tunneling.

Anyway my post was to request, if possible, a more frequently TOR updateing in the distro.
