I have backbox based on ubuntu 14.04 so I belive it was 4.7 version.
Recently I tryed to install other linux distro on portable hdd, now I have problem with running my backbox verion on my laptop as I can`t run it as system goes stright to minimal bash.
I tryed with boot-repair but it did not worked.
Any ideas how to fix it ?
or mayby there is an option to recover only data from hdd, but system was encrypted.

boot repair won't be able to fix your grub issue. you have messed and therefore dealing with a broken grub configuration.

You simply have to reinstall it and if you have just googled probably this will be one of the first pages you hit:
