[SOLVED] Install fails

Hi, I know this is stupid and really quite basic but I'm having an issue installing backbox 5.  I just had my laptop deal out on me and i lost my Windows/Ubuntu dual boot. I had been considering using backbox since Debian and kali are for some reason incompatible with my laptop. I believe it's the 1050ti. Anyway, at the end of installing i get an error installing /cdrom//pool/main/c/console-setup/console-setup-linux_1.164_all.deb and then it says trying to overwrite /lib/systemd/system/console-setup.service

I just don't know what to do I'm new to backbox. Please forgive me if this is a repost. Link me the original and I'll take down this post.

how do you set the partitioning?
It seems clear to me that you don't have enough space in "/" partition.

double check storage which what looks like an issue to me.
