[SOLVED] Lost menu

ok so i deleted the panels and just use cairo dock, well i lost the nifty menu that has all the tools and such... ie: anonymous mode and Wireless Analysis... stuff like that all in the sub menus and whatever is there a way that i could get it back or do i have to reinstall?

Just try:

sudo apt install backbox-menu backbox-tools

just reinstalled backbox and got it back and didnt delete the panel...
