TP Link TL WN-722N with backbox3.09 vmware vm on a linux mint 15 host [SOLVED]

I have backbox3.09 (GUEST) installed on vmware workstation 10 on a linux mint 15 kde (HOST) ..... when I insert my usb wireless card tl wn-722n (ar9271) it shows up
