Problema con Alfa Network AWUS036NHR

Salve a Tutti.
ho da poco comprato l'ALFA NETWORK AWUS036NHR ma non riesco ad installare i driver ne su Linux ne Backbox ... cosa sbaglio ?????? non dovrei avere problemi perche la consigliano tutti su tt i siti specializzati ,,,!!!!! non dovrebbe averli gia instalati i driver di questa periferica ?????? grazie ancora della eventuale risposta

This is driver you need to install : http://www.rokland.com/mask/drivers/awus036nhr-linux.zip

Unzip drivers, open a terminal window and navigate to the location of the drivers. Then run ./install.sh.

Sorry to say that, but for monitor to work, we must use another driver from here : http://linuxwireless.org/download/compat-wireless-2.6/
Choose the latest compat-wireless driver and install as root. For the moment the latest is :
http://linuxwireless.org/download/compat-wireless-2.6/compat-wireless-2012-09-27.tar.bz2
