awus036nh drivers? [SOLVED]

Im having problems both on vmware fusion (mac osx 10.8) and on other machine as well
On vmware i plug the card (awus036nh) and backbox does not recognize it
On the computer it happens the same
I have tried http://wiki.backbox.org/index.php/Compat-wireless_aircrack_patched but the same resolte
Any way to solve, i want to capture the handshake with backbox then i crack it on mac with pyrit

Try to install compact drivers.

sudo -i
apt-get update && apt-get upgrade && apt-get dist-upgrade

After this maybe you need to reboot system, then :

sudo apt-get install linux-backports-modules-cw-3.4-3.2.0-45-generic
