After using for while i realised i have not data exploitation so may somebody help me to restore the option,thanks. ???

Hi sorry for delay.I meant when i go to auditing then to exploitation i have only two options which are network and web application so where is database exploitation?,i cant find it.

Mhhh strange... do you have sqlmap installed?
if yes, look if in your /usr/share/applications/backbox-sqlmap.desktop you have:

[Desktop Entry]
Type=Application
Name=sqlmap
Exec=sh -c "sqlmap -h; ${SHELL:-bash}"
Icon=utilities-terminal
Terminal=true
Categories=BackBox-DatabaseExploitation;

Check also the link /menu/auditing/exploitation/database/sqlmap.

You can also browse the menu structure in MENU -> Settings -> Main Menu, and look if there is the Database section under Exploitation.

I think you can also try:

sudo dpkg-reconfigure backbox-menu

Hi i did it as you said,job done and i have it now ,also i update the backbox desktop so every thing is ok,THANKS A LOT.
