Upgrade from 3.13 to 4.0

Is it possible to upgrade BackBox from 3.13 to 4.0 without having to reinstall from the scratch?

backbox is an ubuntu based distro, ubuntu isn't rolling release distro so, you can upgrade, but you could encounter many error and you have to fix it "at hand"...  you should reinstall from scratch!
