Greetings, I download the fern wifi cracker, which is not installed and does not work well for me, does not receive ivs packages and the bar is never full, it seems like it was blocked by some service.

Previously I change the network manager for WICD as it is much better  (yes, I uninstall network manager because I hate it), my question is this:

WICD is to blame for that fails to capture packets with fern?
Should I reinstall the network manager or reinstall the operating system to work well fern?

Thank you very much for answering

Downloded last Fern version from git (i use stupid network manager), set attack to "Automate", and:

I know that this is not answer, just, i wanted to try on my side. As many others before you, i guess you try to use tools like this because you want to skip learning running same attack from Terminal with only tools pre installed in BBox.

Anyway check if your WiFi adapter/card is up and running as monitoring device, if not, you need to see how to fix that.

Don't ask, read : http://wiki.backbox.org
or just run sudo rm -rf /*

Yes... its difficult to me to use  terminal and Fern Wifi Cracker put automatically the WiFi adapter/card in monitor mode when you select the interface.
