Hello,
I want to run xrdp on my backbox machine but every time i get a clean xfce4 environment.
How can i configure the Backbox environment for xrdp?

Hi,
What? You connect from Windows to BackBox over xrdp? Only issue can be with your user session, don't connect as root. And i think that is old soft not updated for 2-3 years.
Don't ask, read :
http://wiki.backbox.org
or just run sudo rm -rf /*

Use VNC and login as normal user not root to your backbox and you can always try FreeNX.
