Problem switching languages

he, i have this problem:
i installed BACKBOOKS today, and i was trying to use Arabic Language on it, unfortunately i didn't know how to switch between Arabic and English
so if any one can help i'll be grateful

Could you pls be more specific, have you already installed in arabic and you want to switch in english or what else....?
Pls try to give clear explanation about what do you want do to do and where you have been unsuccessful.
