MBR panic

Dear guys,
I have messed up my PC with BackBox 4.1
Normally I am a kwheezy user with Win 7 for flight sims on a seperate partition. What I want is a USB stick for security and forensics. My choise are BackBox 4.1
So I tried to put Backbox on the stick. That tooks awsome long time. About two hour. During the installation processs I did a mistake.
Backbox is on the stick, BUT the chainloader as well. I can not start the PC without the stick.
How I can fix the grub loader to start kwheezy and Win7 with no stick?  ???

you have to reinstall grub on hd mbr, with a live follow the instruction
