Hello All,
I am writing this from the freshly downloaded 32bit download of BackBox, the best distro I have used in a while. I am experiencing one issue and I have had it with other linux distributions as well, starting to believe it is the kernel. I have an ASUS with Intel i7 Quad-Core and 8 GiGs of RAM. I want to use it all and so far - only Windows will support me. I have used the PAE, but I really rather use the 64bit version - so I downloaded it and threw it on my USB with unetbootin. I set BIOS and launched into the startup screen but then it froze on the splash. I am not sure what is wrong, but with the Fedora kernels - I could load 64bit. Any thoughts?
Ciao.
E.
