Backbox is a combination of a bunch of tools each having their own source code.
And some of them relay on 32bit systems and will be ahrd too port. I'd recommend BackTrack for ARM.

Whenever you think you can or can't your right.

Hi guys, I think that jb has misunderstood backbox forum with windows manager blackbox [1]. He was talking about lxde, hence I thought that...
So, jb, take a look here ↓ , even if I can suggest you to choose another WM 'cause the last blackbox stable was released  at 2005 ;)

I would be interested in making a fork of BlackBox.
Would it be possible to have access to the source and build scripts of this project?

I've searched the site and have been unable to locate any form of documentation regarding compiling from source.

Kind Regards,
Lantian.

Understood, I meant BackBox simple typo.

I am assuming you have the ability to package the tools (https://launchpad.net/~backbox/+archive/three) into a working distribution, e.g debian-cd.

I am looking for some form of instructions which will help me compile a customized version of BackBox, if they exist.
If not I would happily write up my findings if someone can point me in the right direction.

Thanks,
Lantian.

ok, you should take the list of tools and for each one download and compile the source on your own distro, doesn't matter the kind of distro (bbox in this case) for your goal! The devel aren't also tool's owner present on bbox!
