How do I boot BackBox?

See, every time I try to boot the thing, I get this when I boot it via BIOS: "Start PXE over IPv4, press [ESC] to EXIT . . ."

I'm positive the download is a good download, I've booted from both the disc (wrote it at 4x, since thats a pretty low speed, at least for my discs) and I've installed it to a USB drive as well. I've done this for other Linux operating systems as well, but this is not working.

I know that PXE is supposed to be a NetBoot, but I just want the live version so that I can install to my laptop. Am I missing something? I downloaded the most recent download of BackBox. I think its 3.13? Its the newest, and I know its 3.1#.

Also, I'm trying to install the i386 version. Should I try amd64?

Help me!!  :'(
