Hi there! After fresh installation of backbox i rebooted system and ran update manager. An update size of 207mb was installed & an error message was displayed stating some index files were missing. I ran update manager again but I get the following error message!

http://paste.ubuntu.com/1441980/

Please help me with a solution

Hi,

From this error we can see that some repository is down in this time. Try after 24/48h and if repository is down, come back and we will see if we need to add new repository for pinguin to /etc/apt/sources.list file.

Thanks !

Don't ask, read : http://wiki.backbox.org
