Hey as the title pretty much says, I replaced my Mint install with Backbox which I am extremely pleased with, but I am quite the gamer so I thought I would pirate Windows 8 instead of 7 just to keep up with technology. (Windows 8 isn't bad, except security flaws ofc)

So now to explain what I need answered:

I have Backbox on 1 HDD and Windows 8 on the other HDD, and my BIOS seems to have a boot priority on which one to boot up. have I missed something in the Backbox installation or partitioning or is this something I would need to ask Windows people? I dont know how GRUB works but as far as I believe it is all that gives you the choice on what OS to boot.

It's just annoying having to unplug my Linux drive when I want to load Win8 and vice-versa. If you need more info from me I will be on for a long time so please help!! I hope I made my problem clear enough.

Hi Aspidites, sorry but I can't understand if you have installed win8 after bbox... So in that case, winz have replaced mbr and you have to boot with live cd/usb and install/update grub.... btw if you have already installed mint you have to follow the same step!
