netcmd VS ettercap

I tried netcmd, it's a goog tool, but I saw that the host list is different respect ettercap. In netcmd i less some host. I dont't know what kind of host, if client, server or printer....
have you also noticed the same thing?

In this moment I have't example, but I tried 2 week ago and with ettercap I saw 14 host in network, with netcmd I saw 11 host.
