Hello All,

I am a teenager who recently graduated from high school, so now I have a lot of time on my hands and BackBox is my host operating system. I have already configured it and have loaded Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 2003 Server, UltimateLAMP, Tails, Metasploitable, and other virtual machines into the system - along with some tools I use. I have read around for quite a while now and I am wanting to move into InfoSec, but I am unsure of what niche to take up as my own. I am attracted to it all but especially enjoy footprinting, OSint, and remote exploitation. I want to begin Red Team Penetration Testing but I don't know how to actually do this. Here is my predicament: I can play around in VM's all day and learn a ton - which I have, but I want to actually contribute and work on something. I want to learn how to code - but don't know what. I am searching and hope someone can help me in the right direction. I love all forms of security - physical and information. Thanks.

Ciao.
E.

nice! there are a lot of way that you can take... no one can tell you the right one, only you can "feel"!!! And when you found your way you will feel it! My suggestion is: read read read and again read, night and day, read and try - try and read... don't forget the human side of hacking and enjoy with community!
