The forum should be not too small and most important:
The forum culture has to be good. A culture where new guys do not get bashed that easily.

start from here, this forum, and ask about what would you like to do. but ask clever questions, not basic one that the answer will be obvious to 90% of people and then you will get a kick.

So, now it is my turn to ask a question: let say you find the forum, so what would you like to do?
