Best download server test not working?

If I go into software and updates to find the fastest local server to my location, I select UK on the Ubuntu Software tab, I select the download from dropdown, select other, and select best server. A message is then received warning me that a load of tests will be carried out to determine the best repository for the UK. I then wait an age before the result of the tests is presented, as below:

This would seem to suggest that Austria is the best server for me, which I find very hard to believe?
Can others please try the test and see what it turns up for them please?

why would that be an issue now?

we don't have in all world countries servers mirroring for backbox. If you get Austria then that is the best location for you. If you are not able to download then that is the problem.

Pls do post a proper issue when you have one, i can hardly find any issue in your post....
